MASTIKA (Natural Chios Gum Mastic) is registered in the EU as a regional product, specific to the Mediterranean diet.

Contains natural resin (mastica) from the Pistacia lentiscus tree growing on the Greek island of Chios. For millennia, the properties of this resin are known to prevent gastrointestinal discomfort, particularly from the presence of Helicobacter pylori. Mastika also helps to reduce "bad breath" and improves oral hygiene.

MASTIKA, natural chios gum mastic Dosage:
For the first two weeks 2 times 2 capsules daily (morning and evening). Drink with water. After this time, reduce the serving to 2 capsules (evening). The preparation can not be a substitute for a varied diet. Do not exceed the recommended portion.
